چکیده

Human body scanning is an important means to build a digital 3D model of the human body, which basis for intelligent clothing production, obesity analysis, and medical plastic surgery applications, etc. Comparing commonly used optical technologies such as laser fringe structured light, infrared speckle projection-based technology has advantages single-shot, simple control, avoiding light stimulation eyes. In this paper, multi-sensor collaborative system based on near-infrared projection proposed, occupies less than 2 m2 period about 60 s. Additionally, calibration method control scheme are proposed system, serial-parallel computing strategy developed unified equipment architecture (CUDA), so realize rapid calculation automatic registration local point cloud data. Finally, effectiveness time efficiency evaluated through anthropometric experiments.

Speckle disturbance limit in laser-based cinema projection systems

In a multi-disciplinary effort, we investigate the level of speckle that can be tolerated in a laser cinema projector based on a quality of experience experiment with movie clips shown to a test audience in a real-life movie theatre setting. We identify a speckle disturbance threshold by statistically analyzing the observers' responses for different values of the amount of speckle, which was mo...

Speckle contrast reduction in laser projection displays

Speckle arises when coherent light scattered from a rough surface is detected by an intensity detector that has a finite aperture, such as an observer. In a laser projection display, the presence of speckle tends to mask the image information and therefore its reduction is highly desirable. Speckle contrast reduction is based on averaging a number of speckle configurations within the spatio-tem...

Towards Automatic Single-sensor Mapping by Multispectral Airborne Laser Scanning

This paper describes the possibilities of the Optech Titan multispectral airborne laser scanner in the fields of mapping and forestry. Investigation was targeted to six land cover classes. Multispectral laser scanner data can be used to distinguish land cover classes of the ground surface, including the roads and separate road surface classes. For forest inventory using point cloud metrics and ...

The Laser Rotating of Non-contact Body Scanning System

This paper focus on the requiring of Made To Measure apparel production mode according to individual types and make calibration about body measurement and production in a line. In this paper, based on the measurement principle of structured light, a laser rotating body scanning of non-contact measurement system is introduced. Firstly, the key part of this system, such as digital motor, CCD, len...

Non-scanning Fluorescence Confocal Microscopy using Laser Speckle Illumination

Confocal scanning microscopy (CSM) is a much used and advantageous form of microscopy. Although CSM is superior to conventional microscopy in many respects, a major disadvantage is the complexity of the scanning process and the sometimes long time to perform the scan. In this thesis a novel non-scanning fluorescence confocal microscopy is investigated. The method uses a random timevarying speck...
